Before I start writing about the best top 10 locations on Long Island; here is something to keep on mind; every location or venue would offer you something different from the architectural part of the building to it's food, flavor, presentation, pricing, availability, sales pitch, accommodations, etc;
Obviously which location you choose is going to be determined by your budget and facility availability; There are many factors you must take into consideration while making such choice;
Is the facility big enough to accommodate your guests or is it too small?
Can they cater what I'd really like to have served to my guests?
Is the facility convenient for us? not too far and easy access to listen to your questions?..... the questions go on and on;
