Sometime around the week you are getting married, your caterer would ask you to drop off everything related to your wedding, final payment, floor plan, place cards, favors, cake cutter and server plus cake topper, champagne flutes etc; This is done to give you a piece of mine and also to make sure there is nothing missing once you leave the premises.
