Viennese Hour and Chocolate Fountain

While is nice to have an elaborated dessert hour at the end of your party, is boring to see how the whole party comes to an screeching haul because the so anticipated "Viennese Table" opens up ...and then all of your guest descent on such yummy buffet to devourer everything on site..... leaving the DJ and staff stranded in the main room .. there are couple of things I do not like about this.... First your music stops and this is something your D.J. was probably not aware of..... then it takes at least 45 minutes for all your guests to go through the whole sweet experience.... but what happens while your Viennese hour is going on? nothing at all, my on personal opinion Viennese hour should be open without any announcement .....more @ www.youtube.com
